What the hell is a jalebi?

To those who know what a jalebi is, good for you. Don't write to me about your culinary prowess- I don't really care. For those that don't, well let me see if I can break it down. Its basically a super sweet orange colored dessert that is deep fried and then submersed in syrup...YUM right? yeah eat it with a hot cup of bitter coffee or tea and then we'll talk bitches.

I ate so many of these as a kid that it became my nom ju jour...Baby Jalebi. I try to stay at least a good zip code away from them now, but to me it means to be carefree, sweet and sinfully bad. Thats all Im trying to be.
